Raleigh neighborhoods and regional coverage
We arrange residential inspections throughout Raleigh. The address, property type and available access determine the appointment details; a neighborhood name does not establish the home’s condition or imply a separate Realm office.
North Hills and Midtown
See our North Hills inspection page for planning details. North Hills is part of the broader Midtown area. For an attached home or condominium, arrange building access and confirm which shared components are included in the agreed scope.
Downtown, Glenwood South and the Warehouse District
For a residential unit in a larger building, provide the unit number and management’s access instructions when booking. Confirm access to relevant equipment and distinguish the unit inspection from an evaluation of an entire commercial building.
Five Points, Boylan Heights and Oakwood
If you are considering an older or renovated home, gather available repair records and permit documents. An inspection evaluates accessible conditions; it does not certify historic preservation work or infer the condition of concealed systems from new finishes.
Brier Creek, Hillsborough Street and other Raleigh addresses
Tell us whether the property is occupied, vacant or under construction. Coordinate utilities and safe access with the seller or builder, and flag any areas requiring keys or advance permission.
Southern Wake County and the wider Triangle
Our Fuquay-Varina base also serves southern Wake County communities. Explore Holly Springs and Garner, or ask about your address. Regional names help describe coverage; availability and travel fees are confirmed for the actual appointment.
